Refunds
Last updated 7 October 2026
All sales are final. Priority switches on the moment you pay, and at checkout you agree that it starts straight away and that there are no refunds once it has. Please read this before you buy.
What is not refunded
- Changing your mind, or not playing as much as you expected.
- Time you did not use, including the rest of a period after you cancel.
- A renewal you forgot to cancel. Your renewal date is always shown in the store, and Stripe emails you before a longer plan renews. Cancel before that date.
- A ban or removal for breaking the server rules, and the server being offline, restarting, wiped or changed.
- Any account that has already had a refund from us.
The only refunds we give
- Priority never switched on, and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of your ticket: a full refund of that payment.
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had cancelled: that extra charge.
- We close the server permanently: the unused part of any paid period, worked out by day.
A refund ends the priority it paid for straight away. Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
Cancelling
Cancel any time under Manage subscription in the store. It stops the next renewal; priority stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to ask
Open a ticket in our Discord or email EscapeFromServers@gmail.com with your Steam profile link and the date of the payment.
Chargebacks
Disputing a payment with your bank instead of asking us does not get you a refund. It ends your priority at once, permanently bars that Steam account from the store, and we send the payment provider our records: the purchase, your agreement to these terms at checkout, and your use of the server. A chargeback on a purchase you made and used may also be treated as a breach of the server rules.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
